Nothing beats a huge tray of baked clams, lemons and crusty bread. My trick to making this recipe super easy is simply rinse the clams and the boil them in a pot with about 2 inches of water (2-3 cups) with the lid on. When they open, set aside and reserve the liquid but don't take the very bottom which will be sandy.
